First Days

I've decided to create a blog. I've been thinking about it for a while but haven't started it. I'm not sure why I'm ready today but here I am. I'm 34-years-old, married, with a new baby and trying to finish my dissertation. I have this sense that time is both flying and crawling and I want a way to preserve it. Maybe this is just for me to be able to share what I am experiencing as a new mom, soon-to-be a graduated student, and a relatively new wife.
